Introducing Impartner Qualified (IQ) training program

We’re excited you’re a member of Impartner Nation. We’re committed to making it as easy as possible for you to optimize your use of Impartner PRM to accelerate your channel. Today, we’re pleased to announce a new training and certification program - Impartner Qualified (IQ). This new program is accessible by SSO through the Impartner Customer Success Portal by anyone who has a login.

Currently, there are nine courses that can be taken in any order on the following topics:

• Asset Library
• Push Notifications
• Approval Workflows
• Workflows
• Segmentation
• Administration
• Object Management
• Co-brandable Assets
• CMS 3.0

This is only the beginning, as more courses will be added in the future and announced through the newsletter. Once a PRM user completes a course, they will be awarded a badge that verifies certification in that subject area. To be fully IQ certified, participants must have completed all the available courses. Students who have taken the courses have reported it to take no longer than 12 hours and some have completed the training in as few as 6. We encourage all users of PRM to take the courses, but please work with your Impartner relationship holder to determine if you should become qualified.

Login to the Customer Success portal now and access Training->IQ Training from the top menu.
