Updates to Training & Cert and Asset Library

We recently released some new functionality and fixes to Training & Cert and Asset Library.

Training & Cert

  • PDF Viewer now has Presentation Mode that provides a Microsoft PowerPoint-like experience for PDF viewing. Partners can click on the Presentation Mode button on the PDF Viewer and navigate from page-to-page by clicking on the screen.

  • PRM admins can now set role and permission access for Training & Cert features.

  • Video URLs (from YouTube and Vimeo) can be embedded into courses.

 

Asset Library

  • Collection names now require users to click on the Auto-Translate button before it automatically translates.

  • When deleting an asset, the prompt now says, "Are you sure you want to delete this asset? It will be removed from all Collections, Playbooks, and Categories."
